I was blown away by the check-in experience. Zeyneb was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The breakfast was mind-blowing! The Moroccan girl at breakfast was super helpful and nice. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff at the front desk were available, polite, and their English was excellent. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of delicious options. The room was spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was solid. The value for the price was jaw-dropping. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

Since we had booked a bed and breakfast and there was a water supply problem, so we only got a mini breakfast. Unfortunately we were not informed in advance.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting at the Niederrad business quarter. The location was ideal as it provided easy access to the Lyoner Quartier, formerly known as "Bürostadt Niederrad", on the outskirts of Frankfurt. The hotel facilities were satisfactory and allowed me to have a productive stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or business center where I could hold discussions and work on presentations. This would have been beneficial for my board meeting preparations.
